Go Healthy dishes are available seven days a week during operating hours at the Fountain restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Popular favorites such as antioxidant salad, steamed ginger chicken, lotus stem crisp with cured salmon and wholemeal yoghurt cake are definite must tries. A special Go Healthy menu is also available for in-room dining. Not only this, the Fountain restaurant presents every Wednesday from 7.00 pm to 10.30 pm a healthy signature night where you can enjoy a selection from Go Healthy delights starting from AED 125.
