Guests can use our in room messaging service Pronto which is the fast and effortless way to get instant support and order food and drink during your meeting or training event. We have 8 meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 300 people in our Inspiration Suite with a private foyer area. This is complemented by our breakout area that offers a selection of unlimited hot & cold refreshments and snacks throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
