H10 London Waterloo is perfectly located in Waterloo, in a 5 minute walking distance from Waterloo, Elephant and Castle and Lambeth North underground stations. We offer 170 rooms complete with coffee & tea facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. Our guest can also enjoy the variety of our breakfast and tapas for dinner. For events, the 302 restaurant for lunch and dinner and 2 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 60 delegates.
The property is carrying out a full refurbishment of the common areas and bedrooms. Three O Two Restaurant, Circus Bar and Lobby are newly refurbished, as well as some of the room categories (which will be finalised by June 2026).
DDR Offer! Enjoy the DDR rate, even when just booking meeting rooms. Price reduction: Reduce the DDR price by 5 GBP per person. Full Day Delegate Rate (DDR) will be 80 GBP per person and Half Day DDR will be 60 GBP per person.

Stay Green by H10 Hotels
Stay Green is the H10 Hotels Sustainability Plan. In line with our commitment to society and the environment, its goal is to promote a model for responsible tourism in all our destinations.
The current project continues the strategy launched in 2010 and is based on four main lines of action for the period 2021-2030, following European and international guidelines and strategically defined in all areas of the company:
-With the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 75%¹
-We aim to reduce water consumption by 20%¹ and minimise the impact of our activity on aquatic environments
-We aim to reduce the volume of waste generated per stay by 25%²
-Since 2016, the chain has been working with the Albert Foundation, which, jointly with the Pere Tarrés Foundation, Cáritas and other organisations, promotes the health and education of socially vulnerable children and their families.
