From Heathrow, take the Piccadilly Line to Baron’s Court, then walk 12 minutes to the hotel. The Heathrow Express reaches Paddington in 15 minutes, with a taxi ride to the hotel taking 20–25 minutes. By car via the A4, the journey is around 35–45 minutes depending on traffic.
Accommodation Cancellation TermsIn the event of a cancellation after confirmation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable. These fees will be a percentage of the total estimated charges and will be calculated on a sliding scale. Any deposits paid are included in the following fees:
Between signing contract and 181 days prior to arrival 90% of accommodation booked may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellations in excess of this amount will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total room revenue.
Between 180 and 121 days prior to arrival 65% of accommodation booked may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellations in excess of this amount will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total room revenue.
Between 120 and 91 days prior to arrival 40% of accommodation booked may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellations in excess of this amount will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total room revenue.
Between 90 and 46 days prior to arrival 20% of accommodation booked may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellations in excess of this amount will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total room revenue.
From 45 days prior to arrival Cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the total room revenue.
It is understood that the Hotel will not be under any sort of obligation to re-sell any of the cancelled accommodation and will not be required to take any additional steps to market this cancelled space, reduce its prices or sell at increased prices.
Function Cancellation Terms
In the event of cancellation of a function after confirmation, the following fees will be applicable. Any deposits paid are included in the following cancellation fees:
Between signing contract and 121 days prior to arrival 100% of the event revenue booked may be cancelled without penalty.
Between 120 and 61 days prior to arrival 50% of the event revenue booked may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellations in excess of this amount will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total event revenue.
From 60 days prior to arrival Cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the total event revenue.
