The resident culinary team, who create one-of-a-kind menus for every booking. By sourcing seasonal ingredients from nearby producers and running a zero-waste kitchen, Rhubarb keeps its carbon footprint low while supporting local communities—yet still appeals to every palate. Three characterful rooms are available, each conceived by celebrated British designer Tom Dixon. Town Hall is proud to hold an excellent BREEAM rating.
