Whether you are holding a presentation for 60 people or you require a venue for a small board meeting, the Bear of Rodborough Hotel is the ideal location for a conference, meeting, event, team building activity, banquet or private dinner.All our conference & function rooms are light and airy; from the Galloway Room for 6 people to the Terrace Room with a theatre-style capacity of 60. Presentation and audio-visual equipment is available. Tea and coffee break-out areas are readily accessible.If overnight accommodation is required, there are 44 ensuite bedrooms each is well-stocked with tea, coffee and biscuits to make you feel right at home. To encourage team-building and new ways of thinking, our conference co-ordinator can create a programme specifically designed for you. This can incorporate a range of off-site activities, including paint ball, go-karting, clay pigeon shooting, orienteering and golf to name but a few.

Using low energy lighting
Switching off all equipment when not in use, where possible
Only lighting log fires during cooler weather

Composting garden waste, recycling paper and card and sending cooking oil to be converted to biodiesel

Replacing towels when requested
