At Silverstone we’re on a journey. It starts with us introducing new eco-friendly products and processes and ends with us being able to offer net zero carbon free meetings well before the 2050 deadline. We’ve signed a the Net Zero Carbon Free Events pledge launched at COP26 to promise just that.

- ‘Achieved ISO 20121:2024 certification in 2025, demonstrating best-in-class sustainable event management practices.’ (certification attached).
- ‘Enabled 125,000 fans to complete the final leg of their journey to the 2025 British Grand Prix via dedicated shuttle bus services, helping to reduce event-related transport emissions.’
- On the biodiversity bullet – ‘Installed three on-site beehives and launched the ‘British Points.British Roots’ initiative, linking points scored by British Formula 1 drivers to tree planting projects across Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.’
