Both parties acknowledge the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in the UK and accept their obligation to comply with any official guidance from UK government.
You (organiser) acknowledge that COVID-19 requires us to take one or more of the following measures for the safety of our staff and the safety of our delegates attend the event to which the booking relates:
- Face masks must be worn in all areas at all times, apart from in the booked meeting room.
- Delegates to sanitise hands upon arrival into the building
- Delegate names and contact numbers must be provided 24 hours prior to arrival
- If any delegate starts to feel unwell whilst onsite they inform us immediately and we will allocate a secure room for them to self-isolate in until they feel well enough to leave the building. Delegates to sanitise hands regularly, especially when leaving and re entering the meeting room
